I'm going to try these asio2ks drivers with my crappy Echo card (currently using ASIO4ALL), see what happens. When I bought my laptop I knew it was a good laptop but the sound and graphics cards weren't the best. The problem with this approach is that KMixer alone has a fixed 30ms buffer and when all buffering is added up, the Windows audio stack introduces almost 100ms of lag.However WDM That comes from your soundcard and or pre-amps and your performance.
