Another vote for Milwaukee. Results I was very impressed with the performance of these impact drivers, especially when you look at how compact they are. The driver didn't run a lot of the time, which was very frustrating on the job site. Oh, I could use a cordless reciprocating saw.

I like 18 volt at least. Sometime a corded drill is the only way to go. Inevitably, the batteries run out of juice on large projects like deck work for framing. I don’t think deck builders would use it very often, so if you want to save $100, you might choose the Makita BTD141, which is the same tool without the power
