I've finally got my full 1440 x 900 resolution instead of 1024 x 768! So, it looks like GF6800U is the best choice. Wonderful, thanks!!! Others said x-swat which didn't work, software center drivers didn't work, drivers from nvidia didn't work (for unknown reasons).

i guess a ti4200 would do, its somehow a lot faster than ti200 and more stable than the ti4600 due to its lower clock and less heat. I have nvidia geforce 610 m 1 gb.

Older Geforce cards don't have any advantages as far as I'm aware. You will need an unoffical driver but that works quite well. Corp. How would a 9600 Pro/ XT compare in all this?
