This all leads to believe the driver somehow is corrupted, and I'm thinking if using an older or softmodded version might be better. Instead of trouble shooting my .NET installation any more, I want to try a version of Catalyst which doesn't need .NET. I have an ATI Radeon 9550 / X1050 Series card. On VGA I can reach 1280x1080 however on DVI I can only reach 1280x720.
